We offer outstanding air conditioning and boiler service and have the capability to maintain all systems and finishes inside and outside your house. We offer sensible and affordable maintenance programs and can customize and agreement for your home. We are currently maintaining over 80 homes and buildings in New York City.

With over 30 years experience in the business, Alvarez and Greene has renovated some of the finest Brownstones, townhouses, and apartments in New York City. We have a long list of very satisfied clients and be trusted with renovations of any size. If your architect and/or designer is from out of town, we will provide them with all of the support they need. Our references are impeccable.

Superintendent Service

Alvarez and Greene offers the finest superintendent service available anywhere. We can provide you with a part time or full time super based on your building's needs. Buildings in New York City with under 25 units do not require a full time superintendent, however we can be onsite as much, or as little as your tenants require. With Alvarez and Greene, you will get more comprehensive maintenance at a much cheaper cost. From cleaning your dryer vents, to maintaining your AC systems, to cleaning your lobby we offer the most thorough service in the business. Our trained and licensed professionals can service your boiler and your AC systems, and your roof. Our uniformed men can change your water filters, check drainage systems, and exterminate better than the competition. We currently have superintendents caring for many other buildings in your neighborhood from 25 units, to 6 luxury units. All Alvarez and Greene supers are trained and insured directly by us.
